Test 8E - Short To 5 Volts

CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Using DRB in ohmmeter mode, check resistance at instrument cluster connector, ground circuit (Black/Light Green wire). If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open circuit in Black/Light Green wire. Perform TEST VER-1 . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace MIC or EIC. Perform TEST VER-1 .
