Test TC-82B: Speed Control Solenoid Circuits Or Speed Control Power Relay Circuits

NOTE: Perform TEST TC-82A  before proceeding. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . To identify referenced circuits and terminals, see the WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  1. Using an external ohmmeter, check resistance of S/C brake switch output circuit (Dark Blue/Red wire) between brakelight switch connector and S/C servo connector. If measured resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open S/C brake switch output circuit and perform TEST SC-VER  . If resistance is 5 ohms or less, go to next step.
  2. Check brakelight switch adjustment. Adjust brakelight switch as necessary and perform TEST SC-VER  . If brakelight switch is adjusted properly, replace brakelight switch and perform TEST SC-VER  .
