Abs Verification Test

  1. Turn ignition off. Connect all previously disconnected components and connectors.
  2. Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, erase DTCs. Read DTCs. If any DTCs are present, go to IDENTIFYING VEHICLE COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS  .
  3. If not DTCs are present, road test vehicle for at least 5 minutes. Perform several ABS braking stops.
  4. Using scan tool, read DTCs. If any DTCs are present, go to IDENTIFYING VEHICLE COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS  . If no DTCs are present, test is complete.
