Vehicle Theft Security System Verification Test
- Ensure all doors, hood and liftgate are closed.
- Open driver's door.
- Remove ignition key from ignition switch. Keep key in hand.
- Lock doors using Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter.
- Close driver's door.
- If VTSS LED indicator flashes, system is operational.
- If VTSS LED indicator does not flash, go to VTSS INDICATOR INOPERATIVE in VEHICLE THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM under SYSTEM TESTS.
