Checking Fluid Levels

Transfer case has drain and fill plugs on rear of case. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Remove appropriate fill plug, and check fluid level. If fluid level is not even with bottom edge of fill hole when vehicle is in a level position, add appropriate fluid. See RECOMMENDED FLUIDS .
