Removal & Installation: Spring: Installation
- Install the shock to the spring and spring compressor, after the transfer of the necessary parts (insulator, spring, shock and mount) to the type of repair being done.
- Install the shock mounting nut and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Loosen the compressed spring.
- Remove the shock assembly from the spring compressor.
- Install the shock to the vehicle. See SHOCK .
- Install the tire and wheel assembly.
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
