- Install water pump and mounting bolts. Tighten mounting bolts to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Install heater hoses.
- Install upper and lower radiator hoses.
- Install belt tensioner assembly.
- Install idler pulleys.
- Install A/C compressor and alternator brace. Tighten bolt and nuts to 28 N.m (21 ft. lbs.).
- Install fan shroud assembly.
- Connect washer bottle wiring and hose.
- Install coolant fill bottle.
- Install fan clutch assembly.
- Install serpentine belt.
- Connect negative battery cable.
- Fill coolant.
- Pressure test coolant system
