Left Side
- Install the upper control arm to the vehicle.
- Install the upper control arm front flag bolt (1). Tighten the nut (2) to 122 N.m (90 ft.lbs.). with full vehicle weight.
- Install the upper control arm rear flag bolt. Tighten the nut to 122 N.m (90 ft.lbs.). with full vehicle weight.
- Install the battery tray (1). Refer to Electrical/Battery System/TRAY, Battery - Installation .
- Install the battery. Refer to Electrical/Battery System/BATTERY - Installation .
- Reclip and mount the power center (2).
- Install the upper ball joint nut. Tighten the nut to 41 N.m (30 ft.lbs.) plus an additional 90° turn.
- Install the left side tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tires and Wheels/Wheels - Standard Procedure .
- Lower the vehicle.
- Set the toe. See Front Suspension/Wheel Alignment - Standard Procedure .
