Module, Compass: Installation: Installation

- Position the Remote Compass Module (RCM) (2) into the bracket on the upper side of the headliner (1).
- Install the RCM fasteners (4).
- Connect the electrical connector (3).
- Install the headliner assembly. Refer to HEADLINER, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Perform the Compass Variance Adjustment. Refer to COMPASS VARIANCE ADJUSTMENT .
- Perform the Manual Compass Calibration. Refer to MANUAL COMPASS CALIBRATION .
- Verify proper compass operation.
