When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- The Ignition is in the Run position.
- The Bus is awake.
- The Battery voltage is between 10.0 and 16.0 volts.
- No CAN Bus DTCs.
- The HVAC is configured correctly.
