TENSIONER, Engine Timing: Removal: Removal

  1. Remove the engine timing cover. Refer to COVER(S), ENGINE TIMING, REMOVAL .
    NOTE:

    Tensioner will not come apart during removal.

  2. Remove timing chain tensioner retaining bolts and remove tensioner (5).
