Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Remove screws (2) and the NOx sensor module cover (1).

Disconnect the NOx sensor wire harness connector (1).

Remove the NOx sensor 1/1 (2) from the diesel oxidation catalyst/diesel particulate filter inlet elbow.
