Diagnostic Test

ACTIVE DTC
1. Ignition on, engine not running.
2. With a scan tool, select View PCM DTCs.
  Is the DTC Active at this time?
  
  Yes
  - Refer to ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING for diagnostic procedures and for further possible causes. See U0141-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH FRONT CONTROL MODULE (TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE) (TIPM) .
  No
  - Refer to the INTERMITTENT CONDITION Diagnostic Procedure. See DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure
