Control Valve, Oil Intake: Installation: Installation

NOTE:

Ensure that the O-ring is fully seated into the cylinder block.

Position the VVTS (3) into the cylinder block.
Securely tighten the VVTS retaining bolt (2).
Connect the VVTS electrical connector (1).
Install the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, INSTALLATION, 5.7L .
