Panel, Trim: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Using a trim stick or equivalent, release the retaining clips (2, 3) and carefully pry the trim panel (1) away from the liftgate (4).
- Disconnect the wire harness connectors from the trim panel lights.
- Remove the liftgate lower trim panel from the vehicle.
- Remove flip glass weather strip.
- Using a trim stick or equivalent, carefully pry the upper trim panel (2) away from the liftgate (1) to release the retaining clips and remove.
