Backup Battery: Removal

- Remove the Global Telematics Box Module (TBM2) from the vehicle. Refer to MODULE, GLOBAL TELEMATICS BOX, REMOVAL .
- Slide the TBM2 backup battery cover (1a) and lift up to disengage rear tabs (1b). Remove the cover from the TBM2.
- Gently disconnect the battery wire connector (1a). Remove the backup battery (1b) from the TBM2.
