Diagnostic Test
- CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
- With the scan tool, read DTCs and record on the repair order.
Is the DTC active or pending?
Yes
- Got to 2
No
- Perform the INTERMITTENT CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
- With the scan tool, read DTCs and record on the repair order.
- CHECK THE ABS MODULE FOR DTCs
- With the scan tool, read ABS Module DTCs.
Are there any DTCs present for the Dynamic (Multi Axis) Sensor or Steering Wheel Angle Sensor in the ABS Module?
Yes
- Perform the appropriate diagnostics for the ABS Module. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
No
- Replace the ORC in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to MODULE, OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROL (ORC), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- With the scan tool, read ABS Module DTCs.
