Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC 

1. With the scan tool, read all DTCs and record on the repair order.

   Is the DTC active or pending?

   Yes 

   • Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the appropriate diagnostic test.

   No 

   • Perform the INTERMITTENT CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
