- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the left side engine cover (1).

- Clean the area around the Temperature and Manifold Absolute Pressure (TMAP) sensor (3).
- Disconnect the TMAP sensor wire harness connector (2).
- Remove the screw (1) and the TMAP sensor (3).
