Sensor, Coolant Temperature: Installation: 2.4L

1. Install the coolant temperature sensor (2) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS  ).
2. Connect the coolant temperature sensor wire harness connector.

3. Install the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) mount (3) to the battery tray (1).
4. Install the PCM mount bolts (2 & 4).
5. Install the PCM

   Refer to MODULE, POWERTRAIN CONTROL (PCM), INSTALLATION .

6. Install the battery. Refer to BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to 2.4L COOLANT FILL  .
8. Install the engine cover.
9. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
