Air Cleaner: Installation

  1. Install a new air cleaner element (1) into the air cleaner body.

  2. Seat the cover (2) onto the air cleaner body and tighten the six captured retaining bolts (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).

  3. Connect the fuel vapor purge hose quick coupling (2) to the air cleaner body cover.
  4. Connect the boost vacuum purge hose quick coupling (1) to the air cleaner body cover.
