Bottle, Pressurized Coolant: Installation

1. Install the pressurized coolant bottle (1) and tighten the bolts (2) the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).

2. Install the lower coolant hose (2) and engage the retainer.

3. Install the turbocharger coolant hose (3).
4. Install the coolant manifold hose (1).

5. Install the radiator closeout panel (2) and the push pin retainers (1).
6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM FILL 2.0L GMET4  .
7. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
