Removal And Installation: Installation

1. Apply clean engine oil to the vibration damper bolt threads and between the bolt head and washer.
2. Install the vibration damper (1c) and vibration damper bolt (1b). Use the (special tool #9707, Holder, Vibration Damper) (1a) and tighten the bolt (1b) to the proper. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
3. Install the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Install the right front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
6. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
7. Start the engine and allow to run at idle momentarily. Shut the engine off and reinspect the belt alignment.
