Removal And Installation: Installation

1. Position the strut (2) into the vehicle.
2. Install and tighten the three NEW  strut upper mount bolts (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

3. Install and tighten the two strut lower bolts (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

4. Using (special tool #2027800020, Kit, Remover - Installer Shock / Strut) install the stabilizer bar link. Refer to LINK, STABILIZER BAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Install the wheel speed sensor harness (2) to the strut.
6. Install the Electric Park Brake (EPB) harness to the strut if equipped.
7. Install the brake hose (4) to the strut and install the retainer clip (1).
8. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
9. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
10. Perform vehicle alignment. Refer to WHEEL ALIGNMENT, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
