CROSSMEMBER, Transmission: Removal

1. Remove the transmission skid plate. Refer to PLATE, SKID, TRANSMISSION  .
2. Remove the transmission crossmember reinforcement bracket bolts and brackets.
3. Support the transmission with a suitable lifting device.
4. Remove the rear transmission mount bolts (3).
5. Remove the transmission crossmember bolts (2) and remove the crossmember (1).
