VOSS Connector Fitting

This 90 degree type quick-connect fitting (1) is equipped with release tabs (2) located on both sides of the fitting (1). The plastic release tabs (2) will remain on the component being serviced after the quick-connect fitting is removed. The O-ring and spacer will remain in the quick-connect fitting. Special tools are not required for removal.

This type quick-connect fitting (2) is equipped with release tabs (1) located on both sides of the fitting. The plastic release tabs (1) will remain on the component being serviced after the quick-connect fitting is removed. The O-ring and spacer will remain in the quick-connect fitting. Special tools are not required for removal.

1. Clean the area around the holding clip of dirt and debris.
2. Squeeze the plastic tabs (1) together to disengage quick-connect fitting.
   NOTE:

   Do not rotate the quick connector during the disassembly process.

3. Remove the quick-connect fitting from the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) system component.
