Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
Remove the left side engine cover (1).

Clean the area around the Temperature and Manifold Absolute Pressure (TMAP) sensor (3).
Disconnect the TMAP sensor wire harness connector (2).
Remove the screw (1) and the TMAP sensor (3).
