Sensor, Coolant Temperature: Installation

- Install the engine coolant temperature sensor (1) and tighten to the proper specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor harness connector (1).
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM FILL 2.0L GMET4 .
- Install the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
