Removal And Installation: Removal

NOTE:

In case of replacement of the throttle body, connect the diagnosis tool, enter "ACTUATORS" and execute the self-learning procedure.

Remove the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Remove the screw securing the air hose from the filter to the throttle body (1).
Disconnect the engine oil vapor hose quick coupling (2).
Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the air tubing from the filter to the throttle body.

Disconnect the wire harness connector from the air temperature sensor (1).
Loosen clamp and remove the hose from the air filter to the throttle body.

Open the clip (1a), disconnect the quick coupling (1b) and move the hose for the vacuum brake booster to the side.
Disconnect the wire harness connector from the throttle body (2).

Remove the fastener and the reinforcement bracket from the throttle body (1).

Remove the fasteners (1a) and remove the throttle body (1b).

Remove the gasket (1a) and verify the integrity of the centering pin (1b).
