Removal And Installation: Removal
NOTE:
LHD shown in illustration, RHD similar.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the accessory drive serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.
- Remove the nut to disconnect the wiring (1) to the generator.
- Remove the upper and lower generator mounting bolts (1).
- Remove the generator from the engine compartment.
