Sensor, Coolant Temperature: Installation: 2.4L

- Install the coolant temperature sensor (2) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - 2.4L .
- Connect the coolant temperature sensor wire harness connector.
- Install the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) mount (3) to the battery tray (1).
- Install the PCM mount bolts (2 & 4).
- Install the PCM
- Install the battery. Refer to BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Install the engine cover.
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
