Removal And Installation: Removal
NOTE:
Before proceeding. Refer to FRONT, WARNING .
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the front strut. Refer to STRUT, SUSPENSION, ASSEMBLY, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Using a Brannick 7600 spring compressor or equivalent compress the spring (5).
- Remove the strut rod nut (1).
- Remove the strut upper mount (2).
- Remove the jounce bumper (3).
- Remove the boot (4).
- Remove from spring (5).
