This bulletin applies to vehicles built on and before October 01, 2024 (MDH 1001XX) equipped with a 3.0L I6 Hurricane Twin Turbo ESS Engine (Sales Codes EFC or EFH). 

CUSTOMER SYMPTOM

Customers may experience the following: 

NOTE: The vehicle will be operable but at a reduced level of performance.

CAUSE

Thermostat 

NOTE: This Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) has also been released as a Rapid Service Update (RSU) 25-047, date of issue March 27, 2025.

NOTE: This is not a proactive repair. This Repair Procedure is to only be performed under this RSU if the vehicle exhibits the symptom/conditions listed in this document.
