FRONT CAMBER AND CASTER ADJUSTMENT

To Adjust Camber and Caster:
- Loosen the lower control arm nuts.
- Rotate the lower control arm bolts until the camber reading is within specifications.
- After the adjustment is made, hold the lower control arm bolt and tighten the lower control arm nut to the proper torque specifications. Torque the fasteners to the specifications in the torque table(s) below.
- Verify the proper camber and caster setting.
FRONT TOE ADJUSTMENT

NOTE:
The toe setting procedure can only be performed once all other alignment adjustments are within specifications.
To Adjust Toe:
- Start the engine and turn the wheels left and right to the full lock position before straightening the wheels. Secure the steering wheel with the front wheels in the straight ahead position.
- Release the tie rod boot clamp.
- Loosen the tie rod jam nuts.NOTE:
Each front wheel should be adjusted for one half of the total toe specification. This will ensure the steering wheel will be centered when the wheels are positioned straight ahead.
- Adjust the toe setting by rotating the inner tie rod as necessary.
- Hold the inner tie rod and tighten the tie rod jam nut to the proper torque specifications.NOTE:
Verify the toe setting does not change while torquing the fastener. Torque the fastener to the specification in the torque table below.
- Verify the proper toe setting.
- Secure the tie rod boot clamp.
- Remove the steering wheel holding tool.
- Using the scan tool select: Electronic Power Steering (EPS), Miscellaneous Functions, Steering Angle Calibration, and follow the prompts to calibrate the steering angle.
- Road test the vehicle.
