Leak Detection Pump (Sephia & Spectra)

Valve is opened and closed by ECM command to test EVAP system for leaks. LDP is now heated and can completely eliminate the humidity factor when in test mode. Located near EVAP canister. Leak Detection Pump can be identified by a 4 pin connector terminal. Located rear of vehicle near fuel tank. See FUEL EVAPORATION SYSTEM  under EMISSION SYSTEMS.
