Removal & Installation
- Remove steering wheel and combination switch. See STEERING WHEEL and COMBINATION SWITCH . Disconnect ignition switch connectors.
- Using a hammer and chisel, make a groove in steering lock assembly shear bolts. See Fig 1. Remove shear bolts with a flat blade screwdriver. Remove steering lock assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten NEW shear bolts evenly, until heads break off.
