Disassembly & Reassembly
Refer to illustration for exploded view of accumulator assemblies. See Fig 1 . During disassembly, note component locations for reassembly reference. Measure spring outer diameter and free length. Replace springs if measurement is not within specification. See ACCUMULATOR SPRING SPECIFICATIONS table. Lubricate all seals and "O" rings with ATF before reassembly.
