Valve Body: Installation
- Place gearshift lever in "R" position. Install valve body using a mirror to align groove of manual valve with manual valve detent lever. Install valve body into transaxle case and install valve body bolts in correct locations. See Figure and Figure . Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten crossmember bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill transaxle with appropriate fluid to proper level. See LUBRICATION . Confirm gearshift lever is indexed correctly. Test drive vehicle to ensure shift feel is correct and shift points are accurate.
