Rear Wiper Motor: Installation

  1. Attach wiper motor ball joint to wiper link assembly.
  2. Install and tighten three wiper motor mounting bolts.

    Tighten mounting bolts to12~15 lb-ft (16~20 N.m, 1.6~2.0 kg-m) 

  3. Connect wiper motor harness connector.
  4. Position rear hatch trim.
  5. Install four fasteners on rear hatch trim.
  6. Install six screws on rear hatch trim.
  7. Install one assist grip mounting bolt and cover.

  8. Position rear hatch trim and press in.

  9. Install hanger strap on rear hatch.
  10. Connect negative battery cable.
