Wheel Alignment
- Set tire inflation pressures to recommended pressure, if necessary.
- Inspect front wheel bearing play; replace bearing if necessary.
- Inspect wheel and tire runout.
- Inspect ball joints and steering linkage for excessive play.
- Vehicle must be on a level surface and have no luggage or passenger load.
- Bounce the vehicle to check operation of shock absorbers.
- Difference in height, between left and right sides of vehicle, from center of wheel up to edge of fender must not exceed 0.39 in (10 mm).
- Check that fuel tank is full; radiator coolant and engine oil are at specified levels; and spare tire, jack and tools are in designated positions.
