Diagnostic Aids

Lambda controller block on minimum or maximum limit. Check for following possible problems:

• Fuel system malfunction (fuel tank, pressure regulator, fuel pump, Purge Control Solenoid Valve (PCSV).
• Poor connection to fuel line hose/sealing/cut.
• Sealing between PCSV and fuel tank.
• Air leak in exhaust system.
• Ignition system malfunction (ignition coil, spark plug, spark plug cable).
• Faulty surge tank and intake port.
