This article outlines the simplified activation procedure for vehicles equipped with UVO eServices.

STEP 1: Download and Set up the UVO eServices Smartphone App

At the time of printing, select Android®* and iPhone®* devices are the only devices compatible with the full suite of UVO eServices*

Go to the App StoreSM* on your iPhone®* or Google Play StoreSM* on Android®* and search for "Kia UVO eServices"
Select the UVO eServices app* and download it (it's free)

STEP 2: Register On the UVO eServices Smartphone App

Open the UVO eServices app* from your smartphone
Click on Register
Enter the fields then press Next
Your account has been created. Press Continue to proceed to steps for activating UVO eServices*

STEP 3: Activate UVO eServices

After an account is created from the UVO eServices app*, press Continue to begin the activation steps, or open the UVO eServices app* and log in with a previously created account
Accept the "Terms of Use and Service Agreement" and press Continue
Follow the steps on the "In Car Setup" screen to activate UVO eServices*
