Shift Lever: Reassembly

Connect park range switch connector.
Tighten two park range switch screws to guide plate.
Tightening torque: 18-22 lb.in (2.0-2.5 N.m, 20.7-25.3 kg.cm)
Install shift lock actuator to base plate and tighten two shift lock actuator bolts.
Tightening torque: 11-16 (lb.in (1.3-1.9 N.m, 13-19 kg.cm)
Install lock lever and selector lever.
Install guide plate to base plate and tighten two guide plate bolts.
Tighten bolt to base plate.
Tightening torque: 61-86.8 lb.in (6.9-9.8 N.m, 70-100 kg.cm)
Apply grease (spec: 0-GL02) to inside of roller.
Shift selector lever to P range.
Loosely install spring plate, upper spring plate and assist plate.

Adjust clearance between guide plate and guide pin and tighten two screws.
Tightening torque: 18-26 lb.in (2.0-2.9 N.m, 20.7-29.9 kg.cm)

Apply grease (spec: 0-GL02) to inside of guide plate.
Apply grease to outside of guide plate.

Install position indicator lamp to indicator panel.
Install cover.
Tighten indicator panel screws in order shown in figure.
Tightening torque: 18-26 lb.in (2.0-2.9 N.m, 20-30 kg.cm)

Feed O/D switch wires through cover and indicator.
Insert O/D switch wire into connector.
Tighten two selector lever knob screws.
Tightening torque: 18-26 lb.in (2.0-2.9 N.m, 20-30 kg.cm)
Verify that selector lever properly aligns with indicator in each range.
