Checking Vehicle Speed Sensor
- The sensor will detect the vehicle running speed at speedometer's gear part.
- Remove the speed sensor and measure resistance.
Standard value: 3~10 kΩ
- Turn axis of the speed sensor and check the output voltage between terminal No. 2 and 1. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
