Check Accelerator Cable

  1. IG KEY: OFF, Engine: OFF
  2. Check the free play of the accelerator cable.
    1. Specification: 1.0~3.0 mm (0.04~0.12 in)
  3. Is the free play within specification?

    YES

    1. Go to "SYSTEM INSPECTION " procedure.

    NO

    1. Readjust it. Then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
