Case 1)	Enable Conditions	Before Synchronization Camshaft signal valid Battery voltage > 10V
Threshold Value	Valid Crankshaft Teeth not yet detected with Camshaft Signal Can not detect TDC with valid Crankshaft Teeth and Camshaft Signal
Diagnosis Time	Continuous
Case 2)	Enable Conditions	After Synchronization Camshaft signal valid Battery voltage > 10V
Threshold Value	Number of Crankshaft Teeth is not correct
