Ground Circuit Inspection
- Key "OFF".
- Disconnect FTPS harness connector.
- Key "ON".
- Measure the voltage between terminal 1 of FTPS harness connector and chassis ground. (A)
- Measure the voltage between terminal 1 and 2 of FTPS harness connector. (B)
Specification: A-B is below 200mV.
- Is the measured voltage within specification ?
YES
- Go to "SIGNAL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
