Check Can Communication Line For Short To Ground
- Measure resistance between terminal 6 of the PCM harness connector and chassis ground.
- Measure resistance between terminal 7 of the PCM harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Infinite (above 10kΩ)
- Is resistance within the specification?
YES
- Go to CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION LINE FOR SHORT TO BATTERY procedure.
NO
- Repair CAN communication line for a short to ground. And then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
