Headlight Assembly: Installation

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the headlight assembly with the headlight bracket pin.
    2. Install the 3 bolts.
    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR 
    1. Install the front upper fender protector with the 2 claws and 3 clips.

  3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER 
    1. Install the engine room side cover with the nut.
    2. Install the 4 clips.
  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY 
  6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 
  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for Discharge Headlight) 
  8. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  9. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a tester) (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  10. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen) (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  11. HEADLIGHT AIMING INSPECTION (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  12. HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  13. PERFORM INITIALIZATION (for Discharge Headlight) 

    Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal (See INITIALIZATION ).
