Repair Procedures: Removal

Remove the bolt cover from both down side the steering wheel cover.
Loosen two bolts using the hex wrench.

Using the special tool (09561-1101), remove the steering wheel.
CAUTION: Do not hammer on the steering wheel to remove it; doing so may damage the collapsible shaft.

Remove the steering column lower shroud and upper shroud.
Remove the lower cover.

Remove the steering wheel angle sensor after loosening the clock spring mounting bolt.
